We have had fresh salmon and Kjøttkaker, both very yummy. Service was helpful & nicely explained the menu in English. We would defintely come back. One thing: Would be nice, if the correct opening times could be added to Google maps, so that guest know about it. We almost missed it therefore.

Fantastic seafood soup and tasty shrimp sandwich. Many other options for authentic cuisine. Not crowded and quite place. Unfortunately not working on Monday and Tuesday at least during winter.

It was a wonderful experience having lunch here. We were invited like locals even though we are the most tourist like tourists. The food was delicious and the waitress was so nice to us.
Very cozy restaurant. The food was excellent and the staff was amiable.

We had low expectations in Egersund since almost everything was closed on Sundays, but we were surprised by a warm welcome of the staff, and the place was "koselig"👌

However "NO JOINT". Pleasant service. At first I ordered a toilet, high presure, no charge. Afterwards trout (death) with a creemy shrimpsauce sliced garrot and 3 potatoes. It filled the belly. My wife, Siri (yes, the same during 43 years), ordered beef with sliced garrots and broccoli and sauce. She had a smile on her face. How to drive from Kristiansand to the west and follow the E39, highest speed 80km/h to Egersund. From Stavanger to the east the other way around. To be found in the centre og the town. Preferable chooce fv44 along the. A spectactular winding road yes "a long and winding road". They say the Beatles have been driving it. Whatever have a nice day?
